Intercultural competence

"I hear and I forget; I see and I remember; I do and I understand."From the Xunzi by Xun Kuang (312-230BC)

 Become interculturally competent

Intercultural competence isi at the heart of our relationsips with members of other cultures.

Intercultural competence can be learned and acquired, working on attitudes, knowledge and skills resulting in internal and external outcomes.

It will create a positive working environment.

In intercultural training, feelings can be experienced through games, quizzes, role playing, case studies, selected to guide you from awareness to competence, from ethnocentric to ethnorelativist.

Who and how

My training combines knowledge with practice, participants playing an active role using games, video clips of real situations, role playing, case studies, and importantly, de-brief.

I help leaders and managers who work internationally with colleagues and companies from abroad.

Each session or session group is tailored to the learner, to his knowledge and to the objectives to be met.

Training can be face to face or online.
